Lotus Glasgow were fantastic because the sales advisor Michael was very informative and friendly. The process was smooth and quick. Everything explained clearly. My issues are with after care, which im dealing with now. Happy to update review once my issues are resolved.
I'd recommend Lotus Glasgow because I was able to buy the car I wanted at a reasonable price. However when I contacted them later about the possibly malfunctioning Apple CarPlay Cameron seemed indifferent. He could have said, for example, 'I'll phone Lotus Manchester (or wherever) and let them know you'll be calling in'. It would probably not have made a difference but I might have thought he cared. I delivered my p/x car with an unexpected fault and left expecting a bill to fix it. It was fixed at no cost to me, thank you, but I wasn't advised. This left me wondering for a fortnight when it could have been a significant 'customer care' boost for the dealership had they let me know. Fix these issues and ditch the promotional mugs would be my advice. Thanks for supplying the private plates at no cost.
