I'd recommend Lotus Glasgow to a friend because they are well aware of the product and what information to provide.
Lotus Glasgow were great because both Gavin and Scott were extremely knowledgeable, accommodating and professional. I drove a long way to see the cars and they made making the decision of whether to buy and which car to buy very easy, especially Scott. It is a shame that Lotus Glasgow is such a long way for me (4 to 5hrs drive) as I would happily use them again and have the car serviced there if only they were closer.

Lotus Glasgow were great because they were very helpful and knowledgeable, Scott Dickie looked after us from start to finish and was very easy to deal with, all in all a friendly and professional service and also I got a great warranty with the car, the car was immaculate and serviced so couldnt be happier.
The staff at Lotus Glasgow were good because ruaridh had a great enthusiasm for his job and was a credit to his company.
The windscreen is cracked in multiple places and needs replaced so that could be arranged quicker in my opinion.
My experience at Lotus Glasgow could have been better because after 6 weeks I’m still waiting to receive a missing item I asked for and still waiting to hear how the tracker system on the car works.
